Bookings are confirmed and a contract is established between you and us once we accept your reservation. We accept a reservation when we have confirmed it and received either full payment of the total price or a non-refundable deposit. To make a booking, you must be over 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Payments should be made via bank transfer or in cash at the location. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a reservation email or call. This confirmation number should be kept for accessing booking details in case you need to cancel or amend your reservation.
Rates quoted are valid only for the specific number of guests, nights, and dates provided. If you alter the number of guests, dates, or room nights, the rates may change accordingly.
Check-in time at the camp is 6:00 PM, and check-out time is 9:00 AM. Guests are encouraged to arrive by 4:00 PM to take advantage of camel safaris, jeep safaris, and other adventure activities available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
We are responsible for providing accommodation at the camp and ensuring confirmed seating arrangements for the musical program. However, Joggan Jaisalmer Camp is not liable for third-party services such as transportation to the camp, camel safaris, jeep safaris, food, or any activities occurring outside our camp premises.
